How can I pay for my order?
You can use PayPal or Credit Card to pay for your order. We accept Credit Card through PayPal, NO PayPal account is required. Please choose “Don’t have a PayPal account?” upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept all international orders.
How long does shipping take?
From the time your order is placed, it takes 10-14 business days for international airmail or 3-5 business days for EMS Shipping to have it delivered to your address. Some destinations may take a bit longer time for delivery.
Will my package be delivered to my mailing address?
Product will arrive at your mailing address except no one there, then the postman will re-arrange delivery time or leave you a note to arrange pick up at local post office.

What is the cost of import duty?
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Who is responsible for import duty?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Can i return the product (clocks) for exchange or refund?
Yes, you can return it to us for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivered, excluding delivery fees.
Can i return the product (lightings) for exchange or refund?
Our fixtures have a 3-year guarantee valid from the date of purchase. All our fixtures display a code with the manufacturing date. If the code is removed, the guarantee will not cover the product.
This guarantee includes the repair or replacement of the goods, excluding shades, Light sources, charging cables and batteries and not the cost of installation and/or uninstalling the product and the transport fees.
What should i do if the product is defective or damage upon arrival?
All our products will be tested before shipping. If the product is defective, we will responsible for return shipping fee and send you replacement at the time the product is returned.
